THE MILKMAN ONLY KNOCKS THRICE
The Semi Skimmed Milk Man was a research and development project led by Alex Marshall Parsons based on the concept of Gary and Pel. Funded by the Arts Council of Wales, Alex wrote, directed and edited the film and also starred in it as Gary alongside Kimberley Noble as Pel and Hugh Stanier as The Mysterious Milk Man. The project was filmed by 4Pi Productions and features art by Welsh performer and artist Cet Haf.
